Incomplete Orders


If you receive an order that is incomplete. please contact us via Live Chat (Monday to Friday 9 -5) at your earliest convience, otherwise no later than 2 days of recieving your order.




Missing Orders


If your tracking link has not changed in 48 hours, or if your order has not arrived within 7 days of your expected delivery date, then please contact us via Live Chat (Monday to Friday 9-5)




Damaged Orders


If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us via Live Chat (Monday to Friday 9-5) or email (info@darwenhomedecor.co.uk). In order to investigate the damage to your order, we will require photos of the damage and the packaging it arrived in. Photos can be submitted via email or or Live Chat.
