TERMS & CONDITIONS
If any PayPal or card payment disputes are made before a 7 day period is up, we have the right to hold your item until the dispute is closed. If your goods are in transit, and a dispute is set up, we shall contact the courier and request the goods are returned to us until the dispute is closed. Returns must be paid for by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of their order once dispatched, and inform Darwen Home Decor within 30 days should their item not turn up. If no item is received by the customer after 30 days, and no issue is raised regarding this, Darwen Home Decor reserve the right to not issue a refund, and/or replacement. It is at Darwen Home Decors digression if they wish to issue either.
Any delays in transit will not result in a refund/replacement or compensation until the item has been declared lost by the courier. No refunds will be given until the item has been returned, or declared lost by the courier.
Same day dispatch is given to customers who order before 2pm Monday-Friday. Any orders made after 2pm, will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received on a weekend will be made in the order they came in on the first working day, and may take an extra couple of days to dispatch.
If the customer has given a partial or false address, Darwen Home Decor will not be held responsible for items that have gone missing in transit, or that are still classed as in transit. Our system monitors to see if you have received and read any email or communication sent. If any emails are ignored, Darwen Home Decor will not be held responsible for delays, and will not refund the customer after a 30 days period. If the customer has given inaccurate, false or partial contact information, and Darwen Home Decor cannot make contact, the onus is then on the customer to contact Darwen Home Decor.
Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be dispatched by MyHermes, which will be MyHermes 3-5 Day Standard. And will include Mainland UK, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Channel Islands are by MyHermes and are priced as Mainland UK. All other destinations will have to be priced separately, by fax, phone, or e-mail. A 10-day delivery (at least 2 working days notice required for delivery under the 10 days at an extra charge) is adopted. Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
DISCLAIMER Although we may use lit candles in some of our product photography, we do not recommend you use your shelves for the use of holding candles. If you are using your shelves for candles, we do not recommend you leave the room whilst the candle is lit. We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused to the shelves by any candle.
