Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. Returns must be paid for by the customer.

If a return is requested, refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the goods back (pending items condition). If the item goes missing in transit, the onus is on the customer to be reimbursed off the courier. Darwen Home Decor hold no responsibility for missing goods that have been returned, and the customer will not be compensated.
