Unwarranted negative, false, misleading or inaccurate comments and reviews made by 'non customers' will immediately reported and removed. Comments and reviews made by customers will be removed until fully investigated.
If you contact Darwen Home Decor to resolve and issue, please give us reasonable time to respond and investigate.
Any posts or comments to Social Media or review websites that are left before an investigation has been carried out will be removed or flagged until the request has been fully dealt with.
Comments from online competitors on our social media page will immediately be removed. Darwen Home Decor reserves the right to remove comments such as "I make these" and, or "make me these".
Darwen Home Decor will respond to requests promptly via Live Chat or within 24 to 48 Monday to Friday via email.
