Darwen Home Decor reserves the right to remove false, misleading, inaccurate, repetitive or libellous remarks on social media. This includes online reviews. Remarks such as negative, false misleading or inaccurate remarks made by 'non customers' will immediately removed.
If a customer has contacted Darwen Home Decor via live chat/email, and does not give the company chance to respond, then posts to the Facebook page, and, or leaves a negative remark, Darwen Home Decor reserves the right to remove the comment, if the request has been responded to.
Comments from online competitors on our social media page will immediately be removed. Darwen Home Decor reserves the right to remove comments such as "I make these" and, or "make me these".
Darwen Home Decor will respond as fast as possible (normally immediately) via online chat when active.
